~~The straightening production line use the most International advanced frequency conversion and self-development servo technology or the frequency conversion of independent intellectual or the frequency conversion of independent intellectual property rights. Which can save 40% to 60% of the electricity consumption, with 8 to 10 degree as the lowest electricity consumption, (according to the steed model) the linear speed can up to 90m to 150m and improve more than 40% of the efficiency and better protect the power transmission and transformation system and the electrical equipment form damage and better extend the service life. We have independently invented the “within the vibration aging process” and “elimination of prestressing technology”, which filled gaps in this International field and we have declared the patent, we apply this technology for solving the problem which puzzled users due to the intensity of the cold-rolled ribbed steel bars to the final products which were too high and the insufficient elongation. This process is easy to operate and the power consumption is merely equivalent to a 40w bulb, which is the most advanced stress relief process in the International field.(the device price is not included)
This unit uses the dedicated speed reducer, with strong torque, little noise and (the quality is firm durable) high precision gears and the transmission efficiency up to more than 95% and will save more than 40% of the electricity consumption as the International ordinary reducer.
The reel uses changeable big barrel piece, whose raw material come form manganese reel of Japanese to be refined casting, it is firm and durable. The diameter of the reel over 800, effectively reduced the bending resistance of steel, decreased the damage of the reinforced, improved the quality of the ending product and increased the producing efficiency.
The rolling mill
(1) The mill cabinet uses 45# pure steel casting, which will never be cracked.(Attention: other manufacturers use cast iron or the ordinary cast steel, which is easy to crack and deform) We combined the mill and the turbine as a whole, which takes pure steel casting with no component, the pulling strength is strong and it is wearable and the gearwheel would not break down, it is a durable one.(Attention: other manufacturers use pig iron as the raw material)
(2) The bracket uses the adjustable steel bracket, the straightening machine takes the multi-gear synchronous operation to the steel bars. The effect of straightening is well enough, and it have little damage to the steel.
To cut off the steel bar, we use our self-invented frequency conversion flying sheer control system, whose advantage is easy to operate. It has high CNC degree, easy to operate, lower failure rate, less cutting error and so on.
The technical process:
The raw material examination → unbound the wire rod and convey them into the machine → the beginning and the ending, both welding → phosphorus removal → dry power lubrication → 1#rolling mill to reduce the diameter → 2#rolling mill to reduce the diameter and rolling rib (some kinds of cold-rolled ribbed belt steel bar models do not need the 2# rolling mill) → straightening → measure the length to cut off →the final examination and keep them in the warehouse.
